Overall Job Objectives

We are looking for diligent and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Dishwashers within INITIA Group F&B Brands. This role plays a vital part in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and the smooth operation of the back-of-house to support excellent food quality and customer service.

Core Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen equipment, and floor at all times.
• Assist with basic cleaning tasks in kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Support kitchen team with tasks such as waste disposal and restocking cleaning supplies.
• Report any malfunctions, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Work efficiently to keep pace with kitchen and service demands.

Job Specifications

• Previous experience in dishwashing, kitchen stewarding, or back-of-house operations is an advantage, but candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or commercial kitchens is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while performing manual tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Key Deliverables

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized dishwashing and kitchen environment at all times.
• Ensure kitchen utensils, equipment, and dining wares are cleaned and available promptly to support daily operations.
• Comply with all company hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Support efficient kitchen operations through timely cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and professionalism while contributing to excellent outlet performance.
