Job Summary

As an Area Sales Manager (Central Region), you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of multiple myNEWS outlets within your assigned area. You will lead and support outlet teams, drive sales achievement, ensure smooth daily operations, and execute business strategies to enhance outlet performance and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily operations of assigned myNEWS outlets.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Outlet Managers and outlet teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality.
• Analyse sales performance and develop action plans to improve results.
• Support manpower planning, staff development, and outlet performance improvement.
• Monitor stock management, inventory control, and loss prevention activities.
• Execute promotional campaigns and business initiatives at outlet level.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and provide operational support.
• Build strong relationships with outlet teams and internal stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work during weekend & public holiday.
• Willing to work long or irregular hours – shift work & public holidays.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required.
• Proactive, open-minded, self-motivated.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
