Inter Island Group Hiring! Full Time Affiliate KOL in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage affiliates & KOLs across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube
• Handle affiliate campaigns for TikTok Shop, Shopee & Lazada
• Monitor affiliate performance, GMV, conversions & campaign ROI
• Coordinate with livestream and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Build strong relationships with creators and top-performing affiliates

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in affiliate marketing, KOL management, or e-commerce
• Familiar with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate & Lazada Affiliate programs
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns
