SCOPE
To support the Human Resources Department by managing recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Employee Administration
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employment documentation for permanent, contract, and outsourced employees.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other employee movement documentation.
- Monitor contract expiry, probation confirmation, and employee records to ensure timely action.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely submission in accordance with payroll deadlines.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support day-to-day HR administrative operations.
Statutory Compliance
- Administer PERKESO (SOCSO) workplace accident reporting and claims in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies relating to employee documentation and records.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, including sports and welfare programmes.
- Coordinate staff welfare initiatives, including periodic locker fumigation and other employee wellbeing activities.
General
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
