JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation and maintenance of Full Set of Accounts and generate relevant reports.
• Prepare payment voucher, cheque and make sure payment and invoices process are followed and all document complete.
• Processing staff expenses claims and ensure the claims are properly authorized.
• Cash book maintenance and management of petty cash transactions
• To reconcile AR and AP according to customer statement.
• To prepare and update monthly cash from projects.
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reporting system.
• Liaise with external party such as banker, contractor, vendor, etc. for the related accounts and payment matter.
• To maintain proper filing system both hardcopies and softcopies.
• To perform clerical work and interoffice support.
• To carry out any other duties may be as assigned by the Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum academic qualification STPM/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferable candidate with minimum 3 years working experiences in accounting roles in construction and developer industry.
• Experience in analyzing data and reporting.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
• Familiar with accounting invoicing software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A desire to learn and grow within the field of accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
