Job Responsibilities:

• Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads according to the company's lead qualification framework.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries while meeting defined SLA response times.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Build prospect pipelines within industries such as Web3, Internet, Gaming, FinTech, and Enterprise.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team with complete customer information.
• Manage transactional cloud sales opportunities from quotation through closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and opportunity updates.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth lead handover and sales execution.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Telesales, or B2B Technology Sales experience.
• Preferred 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred), Email outreach tools, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Sales reporting and Pipeline management
• English (Business communication) & Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking customers)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
