A leading Home & Living Furnishings company is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – Project Business Development to spearhead the business growth with property developers nationwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with property developers, GLCs, hospitality operators and institutional clients.
• Identify and secure new residential, commercial and mixed-development projects.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tender submissions and contract discussions.
• Build strategic partnerships with key decision-makers including CEOs, Managing Directors, Project Directors and Procurement teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to project award.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Business Development team.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations and Project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming development launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Property, Interior Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of Business Development or Project Sales experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong network with Malaysian property developers is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record in securing large-scale project sales.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
