• Assist in supporting change management activities to ensure successful project implementation and adoption.
• Support the development of communication materials, user guides, presentations, and training materials for end users.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transition to new systems, processes, or organizational changes.
• Assist in assessing user readiness and identifying potential challenges or resistance towards change.
• Gather user feedback, monitor change adoption progress, and prepare reports or updates for project tracking.
• Support engagement activities and initiatives to improve user awareness, acceptance, and adoption of changes.
• Assist in maintaining and improving change management strategies, processes, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
