Focus: Social Events / Corporate and Government (Hotel Background)

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for corporate and social event/banquet packages.
• Plan and execute high-energy social events, and community mixers to maximize venue utilization.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and guest relations team to hit monthly revenue targets.
• Leverage corporate networks and hospitality experience to secure large-scale group bookings and corporate partnerships.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of sales experience (1-2 years leading a team) specifically within the hospitality, hotel sales, or resort recreation sector.
• Strong background in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) or hotel event management is highly preferred.
• Passionate about creating premium guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
