Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities on the processing floor and cold room.
• Lead, monitor, and manage production staff, including foreign workers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to daily production targets.
• Plan and coordinate manpower allocation and staff work schedules to maximize productivity.
• Monitor stock balances, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Ensure all production processes comply with company SOPs, MeSTI, Halal, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications for quality, quantity, and packaging.
• Maintain accurate production records, stock reports, and daily productivity reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage practices in production areas and cold rooms.
• Train and guide employees on standard operating procedures, food safety practices, and workplace discipline.
• Identify production issues, equipment problems, or quality deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Foster a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a SEAFOOD PROCESSING or food manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Knowledge of MeSTI, Halal, GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, particularly in supervising foreign workers.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management.
• Able to work independently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
