Team Leadership & Workforce Management

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse teams to ensure productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Plan and allocate workforce resources according to operational requirements and business needs.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and safety-focused working environment.

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Establish and maintain effective inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining service quality standards.

Cost Efficiency & Operational Optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze warehouse processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Manage warehouse resources and operational budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to optimize operational performance.

5S Management & Workplace Safety

• Drive the implementation and sustainability of 5S practices within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
• Identify potential workplace hazards and implement preventive actions to maintain a safe working environment.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, including:
• Inventory accuracy
• Order fulfillment performance
• Labor productivity
• Operational costs
• Key warehouse KPIs
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Continuously review and improve warehouse workflows, processes, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Procurement, Transportation, and Operations to ensure seamless end-to-end fulfillment

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing large-scale warehouse operations in a managerial role.
• Experience in 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, distribution, retail logistics, or express logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic logistics environment.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
