Job Description

To manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, ensure proper control of vehicle stock movement, coordinate vehicle preparation for delivery, and support smooth dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Inventory Management

• Receive and inspect incoming vehicles from transporters.
• Verify chassis number, engine number, model, color, and quantity against delivery documents.
• Update and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records.
• Monitor vehicle stock levels and report discrepancies.

Vehicle Storage & Arrangement

• Ensure vehicles are properly parked and organized within the designated storage area.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle storage compound.
• Monitor vehicle condition, including battery status, tyre pressure, and general appearance.

Vehicle Movement Control

• Record all vehicle movements, including transfers, showroom display, test drive units, and customer deliveries.
• Ensure proper authorization is obtained before releasing any vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle allocation and status.

Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales Advisors, Delivery Specialists, and relevant departments to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Ensure required inspections and preparations are completed before customer handover.
• Assist in scheduling and monitoring vehicle deliveries.

Key & Documentation Control

• Safeguard and manage all vehicle keys.
• Maintain proper records of key issuance and return.
• Ensure all related vehicle documents are properly filed and controlled.

Stock Audit & Reporting

• Conduct periodic stock checks and physical inventory verification.
• Assist management during internal and external audits.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports as required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or vehicle stock management is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and inventory systems).
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
