Scope
To support the implementation of HR systems and policies, maintain accurate employee records, coordinate administrative HR tasks, and assist in fostering positive employee relations through timely and effective operational support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Onboarding & Administration
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparation of employment documentation, staff ID cards, attendance system activation, uniform fitting, locker allocation, and insurance enrolment.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation, ensuring timely filing of employee movement records.
- Assist in monitoring probation confirmations, contract renewals, and other employee administration matters.
HR Operations & Employee Services
- Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements.
- Process employee benefits, medical leave, dental claims, staff incentives, and other HR-related records.
- Verify attendance, overtime, and shift records to support payroll processing.
- Coordinate staff transportation, holiday home bookings, and other employee services.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities, recognition programmes, and internal communications.
- Maintain staff notice boards and ensure timely updates on HR announcements, employee recognition, and hotel information.
Compliance & General Administration
- Support statutory and compliance-related administration, including employee medical records and vaccination monitoring.
- Coordinate HR purchases, maintain office supplies, and liaise with external vendors where required.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience will have an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices and Malaysian employment legislation is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
- Positive attitude, proactive, eager to learn, and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
