Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in-store, providing professional product demonstrations for drones, cameras, and related accessories.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, packages, or solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, technology trends, and competitor offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with merchandising, product displays, and stock management to ensure the store is presentable and well-stocked.
• Participate in promotional events, workshops, and live demos to boost customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage stock in and stock out in system.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics, gadgets, or camera equipment.
• Strong passion for technology, drones, and photography/videography equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or drone operations is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and be punctual with good work discipline.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
