Responsibilities:

• Lead the mentor sales team to achieve sales target.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to help sales growth.
• attend potential customers to elucidate company products and stimulate purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service, by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Participate in roadshows when required, work closely with other team members to support a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
• Track and manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level/ SKM in any related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales industry.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in team.
• Passionate about wellness products.
