Job Purpose

To support daily kiosk operations, including beverage preparation, food handling, cashier duties and maintaining cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages and simple food items in accordance with established standards.
• Handle and arrange pastries, kuih, and pre-packed food items such as nasi lemak, mee siam, sandwiches, and other ready-to-eat products.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and cashiering functions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the kiosk and surrounding work areas at all times.
• Support stock arrangement, replenishment, and basic inventory monitoring to ensure product availability and proper stock rotation.
• Ensure food items are properly displayed, labelled, and stored according to operational and hygiene requirements.
• Provide courteous, efficient, and customer-focused service to all customers.
• Assist in opening and closing operational duties, including cleaning and preparation of equipment and workstations.
• Report stock shortages, equipment issues, or customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Support the team in ensuring smooth daily kiosk operations and efficient workflow.

Requirement
- Minimum SPM certificate pass with all subject
- Experience in F&B field

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
