• Monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare engineering reports and production records.
• Support continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams.
• Assist in new product trials and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Pay: RM3,200.00 per month
