Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling daily purchasing activities, issuing Purchase Orders (PO), and tracking deliveries.
• Verify invoices, delivery orders (DO), and match them with financial records.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate updates in the purchasing database and assist in monthly inventory reporting.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate (Sijil) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good basic knowledge of numbers, matching invoices, and handling administrative paperwork.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting/purchasing software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
