About Us

Damoo Group Holdings manages two subsidiaries of Damoo Kitchen & Event, with the upcoming Damoora Catering & Event, which is a growing company specializing in food catering and event decoration services. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team and support our financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and submit SST and other tax-related filings accurately and on time.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
• Maintain and manage data within SQL-based accounting systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Experience using SQL systems and managing financial data.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SST and tax submissions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
