Requirements

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification.
• Knowledge in port management, Terminal Operating System (TOS), container terminal operations, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Possess good supervisory, communication, and coordination skills to manage operational activities effectively.
• Preferred candidates with experience in port, container terminal, logistics, warehousing, or related operational environments.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient handling of containers during loading and discharge operations by providing proper instructions and coordination with crane operators.
• Verify container numbers, seal numbers, and related documentation against operational lists to ensure accuracy and prevent damage or loss.
• Accurately record and update container movement details in the Terminal Operating System (TOS) during operations.
• Monitor warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, movement, and inventory control to ensure proper handling and tracking of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular checks to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Supervise and coordinate operational teams to ensure compliance with safety procedures, work instructions, and operational targets.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to improve productivity and ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
