We are seeking an ambitious and well-connected Senior Manager, Business Development to expand the Project Business by developing strategic partnerships with property developers across Southern area of Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the property development industry across Southern area of Malaysia.
• Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming development projects and secure furnishing opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Coordinate tender submissions and contract negotiations.
• Manage project pipeline and sales forecasting.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and developer launches.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of Business Development or Project Sales experience.
• Experience dealing with property developers is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building capabilities.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
