Job Scope – Direct Labor Recruiter

• Source and recruit candidates.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview results and onboarding.
• Prepare and collect required employment documents.
• Follow up with candidates before and after their reporting date.
• Update recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Promote job vacancies through social media and other recruitment channels.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the required timeline.
