Miho Technology Hiring! Full Time CNC Milling Supervisor in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the CNC Milling department.
• Plan, assign and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Perform CNC programming, machine setup and process optimisation.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimise downtime.
• Ensure product quality meets customer drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA and Planning departments.
• Train and guide CNC machinists and operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S and company procedures.
• Monitor tooling usage, machine maintenance and production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in machining processes and productivity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in CNC Milling, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Able to perform CNC programming, machine setup and process optimisation independently.
• Proficient in SolidCAM software for CAM programming.
• Familiar with SolidWorks and able to interpret 3D CAD models.
• Strong knowledge of CNC Milling operations, cutting tools, fixtures and machining parameters.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and machining tolerances.
• Experience with 3-axis and 4-axis CNC Milling (5-axis experience is an advantage).
• Familiar with G-code, M-code and post processors.
• Knowledge of tooling selection, cycle time improvement and machining cost optimisation.
• Experience in First Article Inspection (FAI) and AS9100/Nadcap requirements is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a team to achieve production targets.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
