Software Tester (Quality Assurance)

To ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The QA will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

3.0 Key Responsibilities

Software Tester (Quality Assurance)

Develop and execute manual and/or automated test cases based on product requirements

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like Jira

Collaborate with developers and product owner to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle

Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices

5

Prepare test reports and metrics to communicate test results and coverage

6

Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members

7

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

4.0 Qualifications

Software Tester (Quality Assurance)

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Experience minimum 5 years in software testing (manual and/or automated)

Familiarity with testing tools (eg: Postman)

Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and QA methodologies

5

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Pay: RM4,914.28 - RM6,000.00 per month
