IDW Design & Build Hiring! Full Time INTERIOR DESIGNER - SITE DESIGNER - PROJECT DESIGNER in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,800 - Ricebowl

Duties and responsibilities

• Interpret design concepts, produce necessary drawings & realize good design product
• Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects
• Collaborate with project team to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve issues as they arise
• Industrial knowledge of building, engineering and materials
• Able to analyze concepts and situation to come up with design related solutions
• Create detailed schematics that are utilized in the construction process
• Incorporate inputs of various stakeholders into technical drawings
• Able to clearly specify dimensions, codes, materials and production methods in technical drawings
• Able to conduct site coordination

Qualifications

• Fresh gratuated are welcome to apply, but experience in related industry is a an advantage
• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Strong ability to operate and learn various software’s (AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3Dsmax, Revit, Rhino and etc...)
• Preferably, Intermediate / Senior Executive specialized in Thematic Works / Interior Design or equivalent.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Able to make decisions based on designs

Job Type: Contract
