1.0 Job Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming materials and components based on inspection criteria and standards
• Ensure all incoming materials meet specified quality standards and company requirements.
• Approve the material’s status after inspection in MES system
• Conduct tests using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, or other specialized equipment
• Feedback to SQE if any defects, non-conformity, or quality issues found
• Prepare some simple quality-related reports
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior

2.0 Job Requirements

• SPM level and above
• At least 1 year working experience in manufacturing & quality assurance is preferred
• Familiar with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and multi-meters
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office or quality management software
• Working independently and with minimum supervisions
• Show strong leadership and self-driven motivation to achieve excellent result
• Stay enthusiasm and efficient under pressure
• Able to work overtime and done tasks assigned by leader or supervisor within due date
