• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Maintain and update General Ledger (GL) transactions.
• Process and verify Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain banking records.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) schedules for management review.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Receive, verify, and record gold stock received from suppliers into the accounting/inventory system, ensuring inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain supporting schedules, including fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments.
• Ensure accounting records and inventory transactions are properly documented and comply with Company policies.
• 10. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
