RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, process and issue sales quotations, sales orders and delivery orders.
• Liaise with logistics team on delivery of goods to customers.
• Prepare and ensure correct items/products as per customer's PO.
• To build and maintain good relationship with the customers.
• Liaise closely with internal staff and external parties including customers, suppliers and transporters.
• Ensure all goods will be delivered on time as and when needed.
• Ensure proper record filing and documentation of reports.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
• To be able to achieve KPI and monthly target.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Added advantage).
• Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably minimum 1-2 years' working experience in any field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Result-oriented and have the ability to communicate with a pleasant personality.
• Able to work as a team and independently in a face-paced environment.
• Must be computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
