Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, including training administration, corporate benefits initiatives, recruitment processes, and digitalization projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Training Administration:

  • Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of employee training programs.
  • Assist in tracking training attendance, feedback, and records management.

Corporate Benefits Initiatives

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of employee wellness activities and campaigns.
  • Assist in the administration of corporate benefits initiatives.
  • Assist in logistics, communication, and employee engagement efforts.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Assist with screening resumes and supporting hiring activities.
  • Assist with the onboarding procedures and activities for incoming new hires.

HR Digitalization Project

  • Participate in the employee personnel file digitalization project.
  • Ensure accurate scanning, indexing, and organization of employee records.

HR Policy Consolidation

  • Review existing HR policies and identify overlaps or outdated content.
  • Consolidate documents into a standardized template.
  • Draft revisions or summaries under guidance from the HR team.
  • Ensure policy alignment with company standards and local regulations.
  • Any ad hoc tasks as per assigned

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
