Key Responsibilities
Perform Oracle OIM application onboarding for both connected and disconnected applications
Configure and support automated reconciliation of user accounts and entitlements
Implement end-to-end account provisioning using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models
Develop and maintain Oracle OIM customizations using Java
Build and support integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, reconciliation, and connector-related issues
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, SOPs, and knowledge articles
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address technical challenges
Support testing phases including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions within defined timelines
2–4 years of experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
Strong hands-on experience in application onboarding (connected and disconnected systems)
Proven experience in account provisioning, reconciliation, and RBAC implementation
Proficiency in Java development for OIM customization
Experience integrating applications using REST APIs
Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communication skills with the ability to support client interactions
