Role Description The Information Technology Programmer is a full-time role responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that support business operations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to internal stakeholders, documenting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and usability. The role also involves participating in code reviews, implementing best practices in software development, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology fundamentals and an understanding of system architecture and infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess solid Programming skills and experience including coding, testing, and debugging.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting abilities and Technical Support experience to diagnose and resolve software and system issues.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with version control tools, databases, and modern development frameworks or languages relevant to the role.
• Candidates should possess good communication skills, the ability to work in a hybrid environment, and strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
