Job Description

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Annual IT Work Plan Budget exercise for Cluster/Institution Budgets. This invoives working with multiple teams in Synapxe, Cluster Office team and Institution Finance
  • Support, co-ordinate and work with various teams within Synapxe to cater for end-to-end IT needs (from budget submission to bill process) of annual IT work plan budget. This includes Synapxe Finance, Institution Finance, and other business units.
  • Work with Synapxe Finance team on financial matters in relation to Synapxe's billing to Institutions
  • Work with Cluster Group Finance on financial matters in relation to Cluster billing to participating Institutions
  • Work with Institutions on financial matters. This applies mainly for projects shared with other Institutions
  • Timely verification of invoices generated by Synapxe Finance/Cluster Group Finance/ Institutions, highlighting any error billing with follow thru for credit/debit ajdustment, if applicable
  • Provide financial analysis of IT spending (from IT budget, utilization to variance analysis) including monthly analysis for Accounts Receivable aging
  • Manage capital budget substitution for unplanned budget
  • Monitor and manage IT budget utilization to ensure that it does not exceed the budget
  • Provide management reporting covering: Operational KPI for CIO; MOH Project Clarity; IT CAPEX Budget Commitment; Project On Budget and any other new/adhoc report
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Chief Information Officer


Requirements

  • Relevant qualification with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and has an eye for details and numbers
  • Proven experience in business analysis
  • Results and customer oriented with strong multi-tasking capabilities
  • Good Team player and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Automation
  • Ability to think strategically, understand, interpret and apply policies as it applies to IT enablement
  • Well-developed communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a various key stakeholders
  • Independent, self-driven and resourceful with minimal supervision
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
