Job Description

Responsibilities


Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based in Orchard at Holistic Gynecology and fertility.


The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including triage, vital signs measurement, preparation of patients for consultations and procedures, and assistance to physicians during examinations and treatments. Daily responsibilities include administering medications and injections as prescribed, helping with IVF related tasks, performing basic nursing procedures, setting plug, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.


The role involves patient education on treatment plans, post-procedure care, and health management, as well as coordination of appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits. The Registered Nurse will uphold infection control standards, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, support clinic operations such as inventory management of medical supplies, and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.



Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse qualification and current nursing license/registration with the relevant Singapore authorities; Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrated clinical nursing skills in outpatient or specialist clinic settings, including patient assessment, basic procedures, and safe medication administration.
  • Strong patient communication and counselling skills, with the ability to explain medical information clearly and provide compassionate, patient-centred care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, maintain professional relationships with physicians and colleagues, and contribute to a supportive work environment.
  • Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Comfort with clinical systems and electronic medical records, and basic computer literacy for daily administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Willingness to work full time on-site in Orchard, with flexibility for clinic operating hours and occasional extended shifts if required.
  • Prior experience in specialist care, private healthcare, especially fertility clinics is a positive.
  • Admin duties will need to be undertaken as needed including stock take medication ordering invoicing, liaising with insurance to get LOG etc.
