Job Summary

The Associate Tenancy plays a key role in driving the growth of MRANTI Park by identifying and connecting with potential tenants, building meaningful business relationships, and creating new opportunities within the innovation ecosystem. Through proactive outreach and engagement, this role helps cultivate a strong pipeline of prospective tenants while contributing to the continued success and vibrancy of the park's community.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential tenants including startups, technology companies, laboratories, and corporate organisations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants through networking, events, referrals, LinkedIn, and outreach activities.
• Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase the unique value proposition of MRANTI Park.
• Support tenancy discussions and negotiations from initial engagement until lease execution.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new tenants.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the technology and innovation ecosystem.
• Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and business matching activities to generate leads.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve occupancy rates and tenant experience.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, or property leasing will have an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and industries.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
