口 About the Role
Dynaciate, a TECO Group company in Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead Human Resources operations and talent acquisition in support of the company’s rapid growth in AIDC (AI Data Center), engineering, and manufacturing businesses.
This role will oversee recruitment, HR operations, organizational development, and HR governance while partnering closely with business leaders, project teams, and TECO HQ. The successful candidate will also lead the existing HR team and drive continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and people practices.
口 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, project site, manufacturing, and technical positions.
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, manpower requirements, and hiring strategies.
- Strengthen employer branding and recruitment effectiveness to support business expansion.
- Lead and develop the existing HR team across Malaysia, including Johor Bahru and project site HR personnel.
- Review, standardize, and enhance HR policies, processes, and systems to support organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and alignment with TECO Group HR policies.
- Support organizational development, succession planning, and HR governance initiatives.
- Improve employee engagement, performance management, retention, and compensation practices.
- Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, and workplace communications.
- Act as a key HR liaison between local management, project teams, and TECO HQ.
口 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or HR business partnering role.
- Experience in Construction, EPC, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Data Center, or project-based environments.
- Proven track record in recruiting engineering, project site, operations, or technical talents.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Willing to travel regularly to Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, and project locations.
