Job Descriptions

• Report directly to Branch Sales Manager

• Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services.

• Responsible for Sale of courses packages, services & products

• Assist managers calling cold-calls to customer

• Responsible for upkeep/handling of the machinery of the salon equipment.

• To fulfil the salon duties whenever assigned

• To fulfil the cleanliness standards of respective room whenever assigned.

• Assist Managers to fulfil branch sales.

• Discuss with Managers regarding customer needs

• To achieve personal sales target.

• To follow up with customers after their treatment.

• Build up relationship with customers at all times.

• Follow all treatment procedure & necessary guidelines

• Any assignments given from time to time by the Company

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in the body spa and beauty industry

• Possess a recognised professional beauty certification is preferable

• Passion and self-motivated staff

• Well-groomed with positive attitude

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
