Full commission based, flexible working hours.

Engaging with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. 

Developing creative design concepts for displays, storefronts or interior spaces, often involving space planning and material selection. 

Overseeing the implementation of the design, coordinating with contractors, suppliers and other team members. 

Assisting with the sales process by providing design solutions, preparing quotations and contributing to closing deals. 

Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. 

Ensuring that design solutions are within the client's budget and managing project costs. 

Possessing a strong understanding of products, materials and relevant industry trends to offer informed design recommendations. 

Effectively communicating design concepts to clients and team members, both verbally and visually. 

Working effectively with other team members, such as sales representatives, interior designers, and project managers.
