Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE
This position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations. Monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Key Operation Responsibilities
- Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met.
- To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday.
- Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner.
- To be able to escalate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement.
- Ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change
- To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- GCE ‘O’ Levels and above
- Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience
- Experience in freight forwarding (i.e. ground & rail freight) preferred
- Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore
- Competent in MS Office Application
- Fluent in communication, team player and able to multi-task
