Job Responsibilities:

Compliance & Service Standards: Adhere to Client and Compass Group policies, procedures, KPIs, and service expectations.
Client Hospitality Services: Deliver professional hospitality and customer service support to internal and external clients.
Conference & Event Operations: Coordinate conference room setups, catering arrangements, beverage services, and event support activities.
Pantry & Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness, organization, stock availability, and operational readiness of pantries, kitchens, conference rooms, and micro market areas.
Equipment & Maintenance Coordination: Monitor equipment conditions and coordinate maintenance or defect reporting with relevant departments and external vendors.
Food & Beverage Support: Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments, ensuring timely replenishment of pantry supplies and consumables.
Inventory & Reporting: Prepare stock, equipment, utensils, and servicing reports for management review.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with event hosts, users, vendors, and internal teams to support operational and event requirements.
Administrative & Operational Support: Assist reception operations, manage communication materials, handle feedback escalation, and support ad-hoc assignments or deployment requests.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC
At least 1 years of relevant experience or a comparable position
Customer-service oriented personality
Proactive, friendly and pleasant characteristics
Efficient interaction level and proficient in delivering great customer service.
Able to communicate skills and team player.
Cheerful and self-motivated with positive working attitude
