Role Description The Web Development Specialist at SunnyDevLabs is a full-time, on-site role based in Kajang. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications, working across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, efficient code, collaborating with designers to implement user interfaces, integrating APIs and databases, and troubleshooting technical issues. The specialist will participate in code reviews, optimize performance and security, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also includes working closely with project stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and providing ongoing support for live systems.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, with experience in server-side languages, frameworks, and database integration.
• Solid Web Development fundamentals, including understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients, and to document technical work clearly.
• Relevant experience in building and maintaining production web applications, preferably in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in Kajang and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
