JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Human Resources Support
• Support the Manager – HRBP in implementing Human Resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Assist in annual workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development initiatives.
• Support the review and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate HR transformation and continuous improvement projects, including HR digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring the Human Resources budget.
• Support organizational restructuring, job evaluation, and workforce optimization initiatives.
• Compile workforce analytics and provide insights to support business decisions.
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
• Assist Manager-HRBP to lead and supervise end-to-end Talent Management activities.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
• Assist Manager-HRBP to lead and manage employee relations activities.
• Managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for underperforming employees.
• Advising managers on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Supporting grievance handling and conflict resolution.
• Promoting positive employee relations and workplace harmony.
Employee Engagement & Communication
• Assist Manager-HRBP to plan and implement employee engagement programmes to strengthen
• organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
• Lead employee recognition initiatives and well-being activities.
• Coordinate internal HR communications and employee announcements.
• Organize engagement surveys and analyse employee feedback.
• Recommend initiatives to improve employee morale, retention, and organizational culture.
Performance Management
• Coordinate the annual performance review cycle.
• Monitor probation and employee confirmation processes.
• Facilitate calibration discussions with department managers.
• Support managers in setting performance objectives and development plans.
• Monitor completion of performance reviews and ensure timely implementation.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
• Support and participate in strategic HR initiatives, including:
• HR Automation and Digital Transformation.
• HR Information System (HRIS) enhancement.
• AI implementation in HR processes.
• Employer Branding initiatives
• ESG-related people programmes.
• Process improvement and standardization projects.
• HR policy review and implementation.
HR Metrics, Reporting & Analytics
• Assist Manager-HRBP review, analyse, and monitor key HR performance indicators
HR Reporting
• Assist Manager-HRBP prepare and maintain regular HR management reports and dashboards.
• Provide recommendations based on HR data to support management decision-making.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment legislation, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Support HR audits, ISO requirements, and governance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Other Responsibilities
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager – HRBP or Management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior HR role.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development.
• Hands-on experience handling disciplinary matters, investigations, counselling, Domestic Inquiries (DI), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
• Experience supporting HR projects, digital transformation, or HRIS implementation is an advantage.
