口 About the Role

Dynaciate, a TECO Group company in Malaysia, is looking for an experienced Plant Director/Plant Manager to lead its factory operations and plant expansion.

The role will oversee existing manufacturing operations, including steel structure, piping, metal fabrication and assembly products, while also leading new product introduction related to AI Data Center (AIDC) applications.

口 Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall factory operations, including production, manufacturing, planning, material flow, inventory, quality, cost and delivery.
• Manage existing product lines such as steel structure, piping, metal fabrication, welding, mechanical components and assembly products.
• Lead new product introduction, process setup, trial production, qualification and mass production ramp-up for AIDC-related products.
• Drive plant expansion, new production line setup, factory layout planning and production capacity improvement.
• Establish and optimize manufacturing processes, production standards, manpower planning and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, procurement, supply chain and project teams to solve production, material, quality and delivery issues.
• Support customer visits, audits, product qualification and factory readiness reviews.
• Report factory performance, risks and improvement plans to senior management and TECO HQ.

口 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
• Strong mechanical engineering background; electrical or electromechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in plant expansion, production line setup, NPI and production ramp-up.
• Experience in metal fabrication, steel structure, piping, mechanical assembly, electromechanical equipment or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
