Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy.

* Plan and publish daily content across all social media platforms.

* Produce engaging:

  * Short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

  * Photos

  * Graphics

  * Stories

  * Carousels

  * Behind-the-scenes content

* Cover live corporate training, team-building events, annual dinners, and company trips.

* Grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.

* Respond to comments, messages, and online enquiries promptly.

* Research trending topics and adapt them into relevant marketing content.

* Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads through social media.

* Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.

* Analyse performance using insights and recommend improvements.

* Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content where appropriate.
