Your primary responsibility will be to visit laboratories, interact with scientists, and identify their pain points that distract them from their research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with scientists and laboratory staff to understand their challenges.
• Build strong relationships with laboratory teams and stakeholders.
• Present and promote our solutions effectively to meet the specific needs of each scientist.
• Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve our services.
