BAH Partners Hiring! Full Time Rust Developer in - Ricebowl

I'm currently looking for a Rust Engineer to build high-performance systems for a leading global hedge fund for their Operations Technology to develop and enhance the trade management systems that power its front-to-back trading operations. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on performance, scalability, and modern distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-performance, multi-threaded trading systems using Rust
• Develop and support distributed microservices across mission-critical trading platforms
• Optimise latency, memory usage, and AWS infrastructure to improve performance and reduce costs
• Technologies: Rust and C#/.NET services within a modern cloud-based architecture

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Rust, Java or C#/.NET and concurrent programming
• Experience building distributed systems using REST/gRPC, microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies
• Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices
• Must have previous exposure in financial markets or trading systems.
