About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Website Project Executive to act as the strategic engine behind our web presence. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of website enhancements, ensuring that our global marketing goals are translated into high-performing digital experiences.

Based within the Global Marketing team, you will serve as the essential link between business stakeholders and technical developers. We need a highly organized project management professional who can manage complex backlogs, optimize user journeys, and ensure every update is executed with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Translating Strategy into Action: Partner with SEO, Marketing, and Compliance teams to turn high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Agile Project Leadership: Lead the website backlog and prioritize tasks based on business impact. You’ll manage sprint planning and release cycles, ensuring internal and external dev teams stay on track and blockers are cleared.
• Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for developers. You will provide the necessary context and clear acceptance criteria, then perform rigorous quality checks on all deliverables before they go live.
• Performance & Growth Optimization: Drive site health by monitoring speed, uptime, and tracking accuracy. You will work closely with analytics and content teams to oversee CMS workflows and implement technical SEO best practices.
• Conversion & UX Focus: Coordinate the implementation of A/B tests and UX improvements. You will ensure that landing pages and critical user funnels are seamless, functional, and optimized for conversion.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Experience: 3–5+ years in digital project management or website delivery. Experience in fast-moving industries like financial services or trading is highly preferred.
• Project Mastery: Expert-level organizational skills with experience in Agile/Scrum environments. You should be comfortable navigating tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello to keep projects moving.
• Web Savvy: A strong grasp of the website development lifecycle and CMS management (WordPress experience is a plus). While you don't need to be a coder, you should understand HTML/CSS and SEO principles.
• Communication Excellence: The ability to communicate fluently in English to bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical marketing stakeholders.
• Problem Solver: An analytical thinker who can manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities without losing sight of the details.
