Role Description The Quality Assurance Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Shah Alam, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves ensuring the product or services that the organisation provides meet both external and internal quality requirements, including regulatory compliance and customer expectations. They will also report all the necessary activities required to meet these quality s
tandards.Key Responsibilities
- Support quality control of incoming goods, during manufacturing process, outgoing goods and generate the related reports.
- Ensure the execution of the quality control plan
- Product testing, certification, and renewals
- Ensure the control of documents and support Quality Management Representative with respect to ISO 9001:2015 and/or up-to the latest revision
- Support the development and implementation of Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System with respect to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 up-to the lastedt standard revision
- Ensure calibration and maintenance requirements for test equipment are fulfilled in the department

- Related product knowledge
- Aptitude for staristical analysis
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people of all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Problem solving skills
- Familiar on SAP ERP system is an added advantage
Qualifications Related first degree/diploma preferably in the area of electrical or electronics ir equivalent qualification with relevant experience
Experience At least 2 years in related field
