About The Team

The Business Development Performance Management (BDPM) team drives AI and strategic initiatives across the Business Development Department. We develop and scale AI solutions, improve business processes, and lead cross-functional projects that enhance seller experience, improve RM productivity, and support business growth.

Job Description

The AI PMO drives the successful implementation and adoption of AI and automation initiatives across the Business Development Department. This role manages end-to-end project delivery, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and leads rollout, communication, and adoption strategies to maximise business impact, seller experience, and RM productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives, including project planning, execution, rollout, and post-launch support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align priorities, coordinate execution, and resolve implementation issues.
• Lead change management initiatives by driving internal communications, seller communications, stakeholder engagement, and enablement activities to maximise adoption of AI solutions.
• Coordinate UAT, pilot programmes, rollout readiness, and launch activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
• Monitor project progress, adoption metrics, user feedback, and business performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve AI solutions and implementation outcomes.
• Prepare project updates, performance reports, presentation materials, and executive summaries for management and key stakeholders.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes, governance, and AI implementation best practices across the BD Department.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and initiatives as assigned by the reporting manager.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. A background in technology, AI, or digital transformation is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in product or project management.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, digital products, and data, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
