• To prepare documentation and data entry for permit renewal and special passes for foreign workers.
• To monitor renewal statuses based on online system and update to boss.
• To arrange and purchase insurance for foreign workers.
• To prepare service agreement for outsourced workers.
• To register workers for SOCSO.
• To purchase FOMEMA for foreign workers.
• To register workers for CIDB and coordinate for card collection.
• Data entry for monthly invoices and expenses of the company.
• To coordinate collection of renewed permits and document records for each worker according to checklist.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
