Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Perform Accounts Receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor sales collections across multiple sales platforms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and audit processes.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Control.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with SAP or QNE Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently, and committed to meeting deadlines.
